ANGOLA OPPORTUNITY

WORLDS NEXT BIG GROWTH MARKET

The ANGOLAN government is planning to invest USD $230 million across the country over the next six years to support its Proyecto de Desarrollo de Agricultura Comercial, a development initiative launched last December which aims to commercialize the agricultural sector. Over USD77 million had already been invested in such projects countrywide over the last year.

Africa is poised for economic acceleration, akin to the Asian boom. While other geographies are seeing incremental growth, global companies that get in early & join the African champions shaping the right strategies, can sustain double-digit profit growth over the next few decades.

Africa has a fast-growing, rapidly urbanizing population with big unmet needs. This means there is a trillion-dollar opportunity to industrialize Africa, to meet rising domestic demand and create a bridge-head in global export markets. There has been a big push by governments & the private sector to close infrastructure gaps. There is a continued resource abundance in agriculture, mining, & oil & gas, with innovation & investment in these sectors unlocking new production on the continent. The rapid adoption of mobile & digital technologies could leapfrog Africa past many obstacles to growth.

There are over 400 African companies earning annual revenues of US $1 billion or more. We think we will be joining that list by 2025

Major trends indicate Africa is poised for explosive growth!

LETTER TO PRESIDENT

President João Lourenço,

The intent of this correspondence is in regard to implementation of our “HOMES & HEMP ECONOMY” project in ANGOLA. Our focus is on Education, Infrastructure & Agriculture by creating small family homes & providing local jobs growing cash crops like Industrial Hemp.

HEMP ECONOMY from INDUSTRIAL HEMP FARMS –- ANGOLA to Become the Chief Producer of Industrial Hemp in Africa. FAST PROFITS: Hemp is the #1 most profitable agricultural resource in the world. We want to start production by growing hemp on 50,000 hectares of land. Hemp Industry Infrastructure will be created by Importing Equipment for Hemp Processing & Product Manufacturing from the USA. Anything that can be made from wood, cotton, or oil can be made from our Hemp! We also want people to grow hemp for their own profit. Citizens growing hemp for income is like putting an oil well in the hands of every family = Money!

HOMES from COMPRESSED EARTH BLOCK MANUFACTURING – We build homes that have surrounding farm land to create income for local residences. The $25,000 house will be paid off by growing hemp & food crops on the adjoining land. Constructed by the local people as a skilled trade. Fast construction using local natural materials makes it eco-friendly and cost effective. Resistant to Sound, Fire, Mold, Storms, Insects & even Bullets. Designed to be energy efficient and comfortable to live in. Compressed earth blocks use a mechanical press to form blocks out of inorganic subsoil, non-expansive clay, & aggregate. The homes will be finished off with Hemp based materials and furnishings that have been grown and processed in country.

We want to arrive NOW before the petrochemical agricultural companies come in with their genetically modified GMO crops, cancer causing pesticides, dangerous fertilizers, disease causing weed killers and foreign seeds that will permanently destroy your fertile ground. We have the technology to do this Organically and to maintain your land, culture and health. We will work with you to keep the money in the hands of your own people. Not exporting it away from ANGOLA. The products and money will help to build ANGOLA & provide the people with income, housing, health & food security.

Great independence comes to a nation when it does not have to rely on another nation for income, utilities, food, health & resources. This is what we are offering the people & promising the government of ANGOLA!

We look forward to working with you on this very important project.

Thank you,

 Tom & David
